My score is in reference to Arthur B, branch 5403. He was very professional and friendly today when he arrived to provide our scheduled service.
While we have not been impressed by the company yet since switching from Scott's, we hope that organization will improve. We still get solicitation calls asking us to join when we are already customers.
However, with regard to Arthur's customer service level, he earned a 10.
Technicians come when scheduled and results are great. We have the nicest lawn in the neighborhood.
