Specialist Tony McDonald came in, did a great job and he was very polite and courteous.

Philip at branch #5403 came out to follow-up on a service done a few days earlier. I explained to him the issue of where late last year there was an application of fertilizer that killed the young Lilac bush that was planted in before summer and TruGreen replaced the bush. After the bush was replaced I asked it placed in the records for future technicians that come out that they be notified that around the bush adjacent to the air conditioner that I would not like any fertilizer applications immediately around the bush. Whomever applied the most recent application must not had read it or it wasn't placed in my file. Philip took care of all the fertilizer pellets that I missed when I got home that evening and with soil that I had in the garage added some limestone. Hopefully we took care of it in time. I have always had good technicians from both Scotts and Trugreen and appreciate the service provided. Philip however, answered many additional questions and provided some suggestions and guidance on what has been used on my yard and why.

The technicians are always on time. They are very polite. They seem to be doing their job. However, after the length of time we have had your service I would expect better results.
