The grass looks greener, thicker, and healthier than with my previous service provider's treatment. TruGreen isn't cutting corners to get done faster and move on to the next property. The technicians always let me know they have arrived and give me the opportunity to point out any concerns (though there have been few). The staff seems to be more consistent without turnover so they get to know my property better and where treatment is desired and where it is not.

It is difficult to comment on the results in the "dead" of winter. I would have to wait until spring to see if the application worked. However, having said that, I have no doubt that your technician did a very good job in apply the application. Thank you.
