My service specialist, 'Ricoh Johnson,' is doing as good a job for me as he can.
Through no fault of his own, he messages me that I need to water my lawn in lieu
of a lack of rain. (It has rained where I live only three short times during the last 2 1/2 months)!
I have a rural property that depends on rain, since I have no well-water hose long enough to stretch up to 400 feet. All of the lawns of my neighbors, as well as mine, are mostly brown.
If we don't get substancial rain periods soon, things will get real bad here. (The large creek area behind my house is DRY,and I've never seen it dry for the fourty years that I've lived here)!
Therefore, TruGreen and Ricoh can't be blamed for the weather pattern we are suffering through.

Please send Jason Warwick every time. He gives the best service that I have received by a large margin. Wish he were a supervisor that could train others on the way to do a service and also how to interact with customers. He shows that he cares about what he is doing rather than just showing up for a few minutes and then off to the next house. Please figure out what he is doing and replicate. Thanks.
