Please see added concern- neighbors shrub that touches fence on left side of yard when facing front porch is covered in aphids/ mites. Could you treat it when next service as I do not want these all over my shurbs again this year. I have informed her and she is considering cutting the bush down. Also the tree to the left of the front steps has developed spotted discolored leaves. This is a fairly new planting in the last 3 -5 years. Can you please advise.
