The last technician was courteous, well informed, and diligent in his application. Different from other applications...this application yielded immediate results with no recurrence of weed growth. Previous applications of preemergent appear to have made a postitive impact. I'm pleased that this year the customized plan is working for this property.

We have not had an ounce of weeds since you all started. By contracts, our neighbors have a noticeable amount of weeds and crabgrass (is that what it's called). The associates who have visited have always been nice and professional.

My grass is locking very good

I was using Scotts but was not happy with my lawn, now my lawn is a nice dark green.

Anthony the service tech. He was the one that kept me from filing a complaint with BBB . your company scheduling appointments then failing to keep them. This happen two Saturdays in a row.3/25 & 4/1 2017. I'm still waiting for a manager to call. Thank goodness for Anthony

Timely treatments. My yard looks great

Timely service...yard is turning a deep green, thick and plush. It has few blank spots.

The lawn is much better.

Missed Cathy Beaver today with our tree and shrub service. She is always so friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable about our landscape, However, Charles Slaughter did well but I didn't get to talk with him.

My Specialist Barry Campbell was very helpful on giving me lawncare tips. Previously I had other technicians that were not customer friendly. I was about to cancel my service with Trugreen until Barry showed up. I was delighted to have Barry back and will now continue my services as long as Barry is my Specialist.

Everything...I know it will take a long time before my yard is 100% but I have faith in True Green.

I was very impressed with the lawn technician who came today for my first treatment and in-person experience with TruGreen after signing up. I happen to be unloading groceries from my car when the truck pulled up. Mr. Raymond Lowman was very professional, informative and answered all my questions. I am very particular about my yard and felt confident after speaking with him and seeing him performing the treatment that my yard was in good hands. I wanted to take the time and say job well done. I am looking forward to a green weedfree lawn this year. I hope that Mr. Lowman is made aware that the Last name removed family on Housely Place in White Plains Md was very pleased today. I hope his supervisor is made aware that he represented TruGreen well today. As a person who work in customer service I think it is important to let a person know when they have done a Great Job!
