Missed Cathy Beaver today with our tree and shrub service. She is always so friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable about our landscape, However, Charles Slaughter did well but I didn't get to talk with him.
My Specialist Barry Campbell was very helpful on giving me lawncare tips. Previously I had other technicians that were not customer friendly. I was about to cancel my service with Trugreen until Barry showed up. I was delighted to have Barry back and will now continue my services as long as Barry is my Specialist.
Everything...I know it will take a long time before my yard is 100% but I have faith in True Green.
I was very impressed with the lawn technician who came today for my first treatment and in-person experience with TruGreen after signing up. I happen to be unloading groceries from my car when the truck pulled up. Mr. Raymond Lowman was very professional, informative and answered all my questions. I am very particular about my yard and felt confident after speaking with him and seeing him performing the treatment that my yard was in good hands. I wanted to take the time and say job well done. I am looking forward to a green weedfree lawn this year. I hope that Mr. Lowman is made aware that the Last name removed family on Housely Place in White Plains Md was very pleased today. I hope his supervisor is made aware that he represented TruGreen well today. As a person who work in customer service I think it is important to let a person know when they have done a Great Job!

I can see the change in my lawn it was mostly dirt now it real green grass. Loving it.
You show up when you say and I don't have to be home to receive service.
Technicians are great about answering questions or when I call about any issues on the phone they are taken care of immediately . Cannot wait to see my lawn this year. It has been a work in progress. My neighbor has weeds but I do not have any weeds springing up in my yard. Looking to see a healthy lawn for 2017.

The professional service the company gives
We paid for a year service in January and never heard from TruGreen. My husband had to call March 4 to get things set up. Later March 16 someone called to set up a fertilizing reservation. It was set for March 22 and I also asked why our soil sample had not been done and didn’t that need to be done before fertilization? She could not answer my questions and did not have the inclination to contact a supervisor to help her. So I cancelled the fertilization set for March 22. She then said the soil sample could be done at the same time. I told her to do both on March 22 and she said it could not be done since I already cancelled.
I was totally frustrated by then and called the 800 number. I talked to Mary and she informed me that our account had been cancelled on March 4. I told her that it had not and we set up a fertilization and a soil sample to be taken March 24. I have never dealt with so many incompetent people in all my life. My husband in the president of our HOA and he is asked constantly for references for lawn maintenance. I can assure you, we will not be recommending TruGreen to our community or friends.
Cory Owens arrived March 24 to fertilize, but could not do the soil sample since he did not have the equipment on the truck. He assured me that it would be done soon. He was so nice and accommodating and answered all my questions. He was very respectful and you could tell he cared about his customers and his job. If it wasn’t for him, we would have cancelled our contract with TruGreen. I can’t say enough good things about Cory. He is fantastic! He also deserves a raise! You need to have Cory do a training session with all personnel to teach others how to communicate and treat customers. Not only will it diffuse any problems within your company, but it will guarantee better service and customers will be happier.
Karen Bush from the local branch called me today to check on our service with TruGreen. She was very understanding about our service problems and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Thank you, Ms Bush for listening to my concerns and taking such good care of me! 😊
Since we had so many problems with the call center (800 number) I recommend that the customers be able to call directly to their local branch.
