TruGreens techs arrive when scheduled and apply the required treatment. When we noted one of our large plants was turning yellow (unexpectedly) the tech came back to check it out and took corrective action.

I like that the service notifies me prior to coming out so I can unlock the gate and they can perform the service without having to come to the door. The technicians are always courteous and they take the time to explain what they are doing to improve my lawn. And, I like the results. Though right now it doesn't look great, by spring my lawn will be awesome!
