I would say , I have the nicest yard and plants, in all Norfolk Highlands. BUT I also call when something goes wrong, or does not look healthy. Right now the yard next door to me looks sad, not at all something I would be proud of.....I Ave had four friends leave TruGreen, and right now, this yard looks like you should not clam it with one of your signs. I personally have called several times for Mr. Clarke. The young couple on the other side of him can't be convinced to return when they see Clarke's yard so pathetic.
BUT I also walk my yard everyday....I know whn a stay weed shows up, and can see that Kentucky Blue Grass that blew in. I pull these out before they become invasive. I love my yard, and the service I have. I would not trade TruGreen.
My service rep is wonderful. Always let's me know when he is here and is very responsive. Kudos to him!
One less thing for my husband and sons to do for the lawn care and tree care. Over all I think it is cheaper to have TruGreen to do the services than to do it ourselves and having a lawn service who knows what they are doing than us who may be over doing it or under doing it.

David spent several minutes explaining the different types of weeds and grass in our yard and how to slow/prevent weed growth while promoting grass growth.

We have used TruGreen for many years now, and we have been through several different specialists. They did a good job in exterminating indoors and outdoors.
However, the specialist that we have now; his name is David A Evan, branch #5730, is wonderful. He is very thorough with exterminating indoor and outdoor.
He is a true gentleman. He is very kind. He will listen to whatever bug problem you have. He will address the problem, and give his professional advice as to what type of bug it is, and what my family can do in addition to his exterminating to eliminate the problem.
It is professional gentlemen like Mr. Evans that will keep up using TruGreen for our exterminating service.

So for the service seen to be alright I'm just wondering when will be the next treatment I have cut the grass and the weeds and danelions are still showing but some have slowly look as if they are dieing.I will be glad when all are gone and that my yard looks pretty and green.Thank You very much for servicing my lawn.
