I was pleased that I received a text message saying that my Trugreen Specialist Tree and Shrubs maintenance was going to be arriving soon and that Joshua S has arrived. He was professional and friendly. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He explained everything that was going on in my lawn bed and gave great recommendations in how to improve my condition and the importance of being on the plan and what it will do with the application of the fertilizer. I wish that he was outfitted with the application to treat shrub infections that he didn't have outfitted on his truck but will apply on his next visit.

I liked receiving a text message letting me know that Quinton F. was going to be at my address soon to perform my TruMaintenance Lawn Services followed by a text message saying he had arrived. Quinton F. was professional and polite. He was able to answer all of my question and give me recommendation for my lawn and landscaping. I was provided a Lawn Assessment. I would request again for his services.

The technician I spoke to was training another technician, but was available to speak with me about the condition of my front lawn, and what I needed to do to help keep it healthy and improve its appearance. He also shared information regarding future applications and of what type to help its appearance. Very helpful conversation.
