Over the past few years TruGreen has done a great job turning my yard around from having a severe weed infestation to growing healthy grass again. My latest aeration & seeding done by AARON GRAY and his assistant & follow up fertilizer application from CALVION MORRISON have resulted in the beginning of new grass for next spring. Our lawn care pro takes care of our lawn in a number of ways that keeps the grass thick and virtually weed free. We have dogs and the rear yard is fenced in, our lawn care pro always makes sure the gates are correctly shut and locked so the dogs can’t get out. That might sound like an insignificant detail, but other contractors don’t provide that level of care. We also receive messages that True Green will coming hours ahead of their arrival and then within the hour of arrival, again this is a very effect’s communication that allows us to make sure things (dogs) are in order ahead of arrival.
Mike is always cordial and considerate. He explains clearly how the treatment helps.
My grass looks good
We DID have some problems with my lawn & shrubs this year. TruGreen had service personnel come out & re-do service several times to my satisfaction. I appreciate that they were willing to work with me on the problems until they were completely resolved.
