Good service, however, I don’t think the technician are trained and understand some problems encountered on their routes and they rush through the job.
I had my lawn aeration performed on 12 August 2022 by Keon. Although he is new to the company, he did a great job for me. He walked around my lawn with me as I described various aspects to make his job better. He is very personable, considered my input, and frequently asked whether what he was doing was good. He should be considered a valued employee.
The services seem to work and the communication about when the technician will be at our home is always communicated well.
THE RESULTS! The techs don"t let me know they are here. One came back and went in my backyard and came to the front yard. i was sitting in my car waiting for him to tell me why he came back to my yard. he looked at me and got into his car???
