Steve has provided service for a number of years and consistently does an exceptional job.
For some reason Trugreen continually schedules another applicator and I go through the process to reschedule. This is unacceptable from a long time client’s perspective when there is a named applicator, Steve Lewis, identified in my property record. This also has happened to to the tree and shrub applicator to the point I have discontinued that service. Please call if you have questions. Name removed Phone number removed
I am interested in renewing for the installment plan I had of $64.14 per treatment x 6. Then, I had a 7th treatment for about $59. I do not want to increase these numbers.
They always let you know in advance of a treatment. With updates the day of the service.
Friendly. BUT I do not like the outcome by treatment of the grass since the use of pesticides etc was banned in Montgomery County MD. While not your fault, TruGreen needs your scientists to figure out how to improve and still comply with the ban; otherwise, I may have to think if I want to continue to pay for your services.
I can rely on you coming when you are supposed to. My lawn and shrubs look great.
Specialist: 119395 (Aaron Gray) performed my "TruComplete Lime" treatment today. When I asked him a couple of questions re: the treatment he took the time to explain to me the benefits of the Lime treatment as well as the "Fertilization" treatment that is scheduled in the next couple of weeks. I thought I knew, but he clarified that some things for me. He is not the first TruGreen technician to provide thorough responses to my questions, so I guess, I guess other than the compliments I get from my neighbors on my lawn, I would have to say, I really appreciate TruGreen's customer service.
