Please note that there is insect infestation on my lawn and many insects are coming out of the lawn, I called yoy twice two weeks ago and asked someone to come and take care of the problem before it spreds further, but no one responded.
My yard has never looked better. My weeds were out of control this year and you guys came back to spray again, no charge. Thanks.
May 18 service: Randhir Chand did an outstanding job of explaining to me how he was treating the shrubs and what i should be on the watch for. He also advised that significant pruning should be done in the fall--my local lawn mowing/garden service was planning to do it now.
I really appreciated his thorough spraying, and his courtesy in discussing TruGreen's plan with me.

My lawn has never looked better. There were complete bald patches in my front yard that are now covered in grass. The only reason it is not a ten is because it is a little bit expensive.

The Lawn is looking good, however, there are a lot of weeds growing also. When will the weeds be taken care of. I have a lot of green Leafs that are spreading everywhere. Not sure what can be done about them.
overall, the lawn looks good, just need to get rid of the weeds.

I am very pleased with Aaron who provides my lawn service and Mike who provides my tree and shrub service. I receive compliments on my lawn constantly from neighbors and friends. Several of my neighbors and friends have hired Trugreen after seeing my lawn.
DC North has always been the flagship of Trugreen in this area. I get prompt responses from Doug Daly, Marva Hicks and Craig Schwartz. They are accessible through email OR phone which helps a lot when you're on the road.
I work with Craig Schwartz exclusively. Craig is always available by phone, email or he will return a call or email promptly. Scheduling has been an issue in the past but since Craig has taken over he's on top of it and flexible when needed.
If ever we have a weed issue we can call and have someone back out if needed.
Craig is very knowledgeable and serves as a great partner to our company. We manage a community with close to 300 individual home sites that all get turf treatment and had no complaints. Additionally, we work with Doug Daley. He has helped to identify issues with plant health and provided timely solutions. We J.B. Kline are very happy with services rendered by this team.

I have five mature crepe myrtles that had a pesky fungus last summer. Since I hired TruGreen to treat the trees, I've noticed the care Randy applies the treatment and concentrates on all parts of the trees. Randy is represents TruGreen, and that is why I gave the service provided today a 10!!
