Great service
What I like about your service is that your company will work with you to do whatever is needed for your lawn at your convenience because we like for the Tech. to come for any work to be performed on a Monday because I have my grass cut every Friday. The Tech will knock on my door to inform me that he is servicing my lawn and lets you know of his findings, if any. However, when the Tech was spreading fertilizer a few times, I had to go out there to let him know that he did not complete the job in 10 minutes. I saw when he pulled up, and the next thing I knew, he was getting ready to leave, but I caught him and let him know that he did not do all of the lawn back and front. So, he went back over the lawn and completed the job in its entirety, and then left. Other than those few times, I would say the services have been impeccable.
Trugreen is effective for providing a healthy-looking lawn. The people are courteous, and they communicate thoroughly what they are doing and when. We appreciate quality work and Trugreen has earned our appreciation.

I have not received a copy of the service summary at my door in many months due to "computer problems" ( per the printout) so it was nice to know what was being dome without having to log on to my computer and then logging in to my account.

I am always notified prior to my service date. My Tech always notifies when he arrives. He does a great job in service and provides me with a printed document of his services. My lawn always looks great.
