The notification process except no notice that the date has changed is ever given. I have to call the appts line to find out why the service person has not come. Example: Our lawn maint was set up for 1 day and service person did not show up. I had received an email he was on his way and he didn't show up. Later, the email disappeared and I called about it. The date was changed and I was not notified. Called appt line and found it had been changed but when speaking to a rep out of your office, they were reporting a different date. Very confusing.
Also, please get your app fixed in order to print service tickets. Have not been able to print a copy (large enough to read) for 3-4 months. I have to request a copy sent to me. I sent an email to your customer service office and was told that you had nothing to do with the app - it was handled by an outside company. I may be the only person trying to pull up a copy I can read but it is obvious that no one cares enough to report the problem. I pull a copy of the ticket for filing and for copying portions to a spreadsheet so I can readily see what's been done without having to sign onto the app - more convenient. Can you get the app fixed???

Matthew G read the notes on my account and was at my doorstep prior to 8:30am. I was really happy that he came early as I have large dogs and he was able to have access to the backyard to service my tree. He is super friendly and understands when he sees my name and address that he takes the effort to get here first thing in the morning. This effort gets him a gold star in my book!!

In addition to doing great work with our lawn care, Gabriel did a great job of letting me know when he expected to arrive and also when he left. This allowed me to make sure our dog door was locked as well as put my dog in a different room so I could continue my meetings with him barking to interrupt. Keep up the great work!
The service provided by John Dominguez was complete and outstanding. He provided an assessment of what was wrong, what needed to be done on how to do it going forward. It was the best service I have received since my association with True Green. I WANT Mr Dominguez to be my service specialist provider going forward.

Good communication on when the service will be provided. Very friendly technician with knowledge of application and lawn needs.
The communication process is simple and easy. I get voicemail reminders of service dates, the online tool & App are user friendly. The service technicians are always nice and courteous and do a great job spraying and making sure gates are locked. The mosquito defense really works and we notice a huge difference after the treatments, it lasts till the next service usually and we don't have to call for a respray very often if at all during a season. It really works and I know because I forgot to renew one year and all of a sudden we had bug bites.
Gabriel O. came out to spray for mosquitoes and was great. He texted me ahead of his arrival to let me know that due to Covid-19 he wouldn't be able to knock on my door. I asked him to remind me how long I needed to let it dry before letting kids and pets out and he responded back quickly answering my questions. We love having this service and have done it for years now; we notice a huge difference when we don't and it reduces the bug bites on our kids.

My specialist was Jake McKeehan and he did a wonderful job! He informed me that I didn't only have weeds growing in my lawn, but also two different types of grass, one of which resembles a weed. I had no idea I had been pulling out grass thinking it was weeds this whole time. Jake also made some great recommendations on how to better treat my lawn. He was knowledgeable, polite, and made me laugh quite a few times. Thank you Jake!
