Techs are always very polite and professional. Your products work, 2 springs ago I had a yard full of nothing but weeds. You put down weed killer, thereby eliminating any grass at all. But by the end of the summer, with your treatments, I had a very green thick yard.
Today Simeon Crosby from branch 5813, Austin Texas, came by and aerated the yard, he was very polite, did his job and put the ticket on the door. My PitBull was barking at him through the door and he leaned down and "petted" her through the glass door. Thanks Simeon, you are a great asset to TruGreen in my opinion.
