Matthew was a true professional. He explained everything to me, and treated my lawn the way it should be done. I have never, ever had a specialist like Matthew take care of my lawn. You definitely have a hard worker that satisfies the customer. I truly appreciate how he serviced my lawn. John never has done this for us. He usually is always in a hurry, and weeds don't die because of his lack of interest in the bad service he provides. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if John never serviced our lawn again. I know Matthew doesn't live in my area or he would be the ideal man to take care of my lawn. Again thank you for sending a real professional to correct a bad previous treatment.

Gabriel Ortiz Jimenez (68297) -did a great job with our 4-27 Mosquito service. She communicated with us before her arrival and listened to my request to focus on a few problem areas and be careful with the gate due to the dogs. I was very pleased and hope she will do our mosquito service in the future.
Gabriel O is a terrific specialist. He was prompt to text me just as TruGreen said they were going to be out. Provided the details of his visit and arrival, followed through, even closed the gate all though the guy before did not. Let me know he was complete with the job. He provided detailed comments, expectations, noticed and his recommendation thoroughly on the receipt.
