Your team works hard to help maintain nice, green, weed-free lawns. They are courteous and often offer advise on how to deal with lawn and garden questions. I like the reminders through emails and texts that let me know when they are coming so I can manage my pet's needs to be outdoors before they arrive and until the treatment/s dry.

The assessment of lawn's health and problems by the person who does the service.
However, it would be helpful if we got suggested remedies for the diseases. Maybe there aren't any!

But I need to tell you that I will not be renewing your services for the coming year. I will instead start a different kind of vegetation on my lawn. Thank you for your good service, and good luck with the future.

I'm very happy with the condition a season after using Trugreen. I only have 2 complaints.. #1 In the beginning of the season I was sent multiple emails notifying me of when service was going to be performed. Half way through the season that stopped. #2 In September I had (without notifications) 2 treatments a day apart. The first was an aerate and seed, the next day was fertilize. I had to pay $240 unexpectedly and was frustrated.

I will know more next year when the treatments this year improve the weed control.

I just wanted to comment how completely thorough Autumn Young (138769) is when providing Mosquito Defense services. She covers all areas very well and takes the necessary time to do a great job. I noticed how thorough she was earlier in the summer and forgot to comment.

The previous applicator, Tyrone Bryant rushed through and skipped areas. He was in and out in 10 minutes or less for a very large area.
