The notification phone calls ("We're coming to service your lawn tomorrow...") Friendly, knowledgeable service techs--they talk with us when we're home and are respectful of our property when they're here. The notice left afterward with the service provided and notes/ observations from the service tech.

In addition, any time I've called with a question or other need from customer service, the service person has been very good. I get my questions answered in a pleasant conversation.
