I appreciate that Tru Green notifies me in advance of service, and always acknowledges that they have been there. I still have some prickly plants in the yard, but not many. Tru Green has never knocked on the door when I am home to let me know they are there. Aren't they supposed to?

The service and notifications message of upcoming service. Service tech's are careful with not over spraying by our deck and furniture. Grass looks great.
We have a dog and a sign on the fence, and we expect the service tech to make sure the dog is not in the yard. Need to come to the front door and notify us as we are usually home.
