Lawn looks fine even though we get only 3 treatments a year.

Hello and Thank you for taking care of my lawns and plants. I am especially grateful to the two technical staff members who come periodically come to fertilize and treat my rose shrubs. However, I have three major concerns which need some urgent advice and treatment.
1. There is this chronic problem with my three rose bushes. The leaves show large holes as they age. The bushes flower on regular basis but I am not sure that the petals are fewer and less compact over the years. Please see and advise. Also, I have planted a fourth rose bush three weeks ago so I would request you to please take care and precautions with this bush. These bushes represent four important landmarks in my lifetime.
2. I have planted an apple tree and a Georgia peach tree in my backyard. The peach tree looks healthy but Ima worried about the apple tree because the lower portion of the bark was either chewed away or fell off because of the incessant rain???. There are aplenty of new leaves appearing however the older leaves show patches of rust like rounded areas. Please examine and take care or advise regarding these new entrants to my family.
3. The City gave away Noway Spruce trees which I planted in my backyard unfortunately it dried up. Would you please examine and see the tree which is behind the Jane magnolia which is flourishing thanks to your interventions.

Once again please accept my sincere thanks to the curteous and dedicated team , especially the kind tech who patient wrote a report by hand because the printer was not working. This really showed that your team cares!

I have the Tree/shrub service for insect/disease prevention or treatment and I also have insect perimeter around the house. I highly recommend both of these!

Satisfied with the service and Ryan does a great job..However, I do have a request. In the future when the ground is wet from rain, please do not service my lawn using motorized equipment. It has left ruts and tracks from the heavy equipment.

Other than that, I'm fully satisfied with service and specialist.

Good service, but there is a lot of ground ivy on the north side of my back yard that your weed killer has not gotten.

I have already told my neighbors and they have switched to TruGreen and gotten the mosquito treatment.

I don’t have to be home whenever the service is provided

I work closely with Kelly Mitchell and Adam Nordstram. Both are very helpful and we enjoy a great relationship. If I have a problem they take care of it for me and are very accommodating. Makes my job easier. Wish all vendors were like these two. !
