All season the mosquitoes have been terrible. Last year we didn’t have any issues with mosquitoes so I called and let them know how bad they are this year and it didn’t seam to be helping so they are going to come out again a do another application

I'm Susie the former caretaker of the Name removed and live right next door to them so see when you come and go and since I've been taking care of the lawn maintenance for the last 18 years, I'm very pleased on how Tru Green has treated the lawn these last few years.

I can watch the lawn be fertilized from my bedroom window and saw him on his little cart last Saturday (july 31st)

I can see one problem that can be solved easily and that is to notify Caretaker or Scheduler on the day you are going to put chemicals down on the lawn.

With the Name removed a building Strickly for events they need to let you know if there is an event the day you were going to spread chemicals and tell you to RE SCHEDULE.

last saturday was the first time I've ever thought of that tho but he happened to put down the fertilizer THE VERY MOMENT about 80 guests were arriving for a special 90 yr old birthday party with lots of family and kids on the lawn the moment he left. I saw it from my window and cringed and wished I could have done something.

So from now on we are going to have to schedule that day so as to be able to wait until a couple of days before or after an event.

Lawn looks fine even though we get only 3 treatments a year.
