Hi,

I just want to comment that Autumn Young (138769) does a fabulous job with our Mosquito Defense applications. We often have issues with other applicators effectiveness, but never with Autumn. Please make sure that she does all of our applications going forward.

For the most part all of my applications have been good, and it has maintained my lawn, shrubs and plantings. From time to time, I have noticed an occasional weed that might crop up but that is to be expected.

My grass has made a tremendous improvement. The scheduling dept however does not follow communication. I have had several unwanted services and bills that I have been hesitate to pay because of the negligence. Overall the service has made my grass look very nice.
