Today was the first time I was home while my lawn was being treated. I was approached by Reed and he introduced himself he told me that everything was going according to plan based on the services that I had chosen and that he was happy with my yards progress. Reed was very friendly and knowledgeable I hope to see him again next year.
If we are unhappy, you will come back. If you don't complain your issue in the yard will not be taken care of even if the technician sees the problem.
