I generally like your services. Yesterday i got a hangup call, no message. I am assuming this call was about the application that was done today. I didn't try to call back last night because it was after normal business. I left the house early this morning, not thinking about Trugreen or calling back. I got back home to find a more that my grass was too long. If he or the company had tried calling today, they would have found out that my lawn tractor was broken. Now I'm going to have to pay for another application, in addition to the repair of the tractor.
I started this service several years ago because I had ground ivy very badly. I had trugreen treat it for me and within a few months all of the ivy was gone. I have been happy with ny trugreen service .
I watched specialist William Dotson applying the fertilizer. He did not know I was watching. He performed his job very professionally and was detail oriented making sure he covered the entire yard. At one point his spreader was not broadcasting optimally, so he stopped the application. He emptied the hopper, cleaned and blew it out with a blower to correct the problem. After refilling the hopper he recommenced the application where he left off. I would like to have specialist William Dotson do all of my lawn trearments.
