Reliability and efficiency
I got rid of my other lawn care "professional" because, after 11 years, he just wasn't getting the job done. I have weeds, dead spots, foreign grass, just lots of issues that he tried to explain away, he even told me "sod only lasts a few years, then you have to replace it". Thats when I fired him.
Went with TruGreen based on the recommendations of some other neighbors. Christopher was great, came out, listened to what I had to say, my concerns, then he got right to work.
So far, so good.
The service is pretty decent..However, I am still seeing weeds in my lawn..i.e., Chick weed and some pesky weed with purple flowers on them.. Is there such a thing as a spot service call to kill these annoying weeds?..Thank you.

The services have been great so far. Latoya also did a good job getting all my properties under one account and paid for easily over the phone.
First of all, I have had a lot of Lawn fertilizing companies services over many years. Out of all of them, I think TruGreen lawn fertilizing service is the very best. The lawn comes back green & weed free yearly & if there's a problem all you do is call Customer Service for an extra visit to be set up, within days, w/lawn specialist to try & rectify your problem quickly. The one thing I very much like is that u have the same lawn specialist for the year who does the fertilizing. This helps in trying to resolve any problems u may have in the lawn throughout the season which is a big plus.
Their Customer representative is awesome!!! The young lady LaToya, who I call, is a very pleasant, efficient, thorough & knowledgeable person. This is my 2nd year working w/her & I find her to be such a refreshing person to deal with anytime of day on the phone! She has helped me understand how my contract works & if I want to make any adjustments for my lawn or have problems, she will help me & u know it's taken care of. I appreciate it so very much. It is great to work with such a superior Customer representative which is very rare in any industry today!

Theodore Penn did an excellent job. He treated all areas for crabgrass as well as very resistant dandelions inthe yard. He also made sure that both gates to the yard were closed and locked when he finished his service. He also rang the doorbell to personally hand me my information. I have never had any other service representative from Tru-Green do this. He should be commended for excellent customer service.
All the gentlemen that do my lawn are very personable and willing to make your company a positive experience. If I have a question about a weed in the lawn they seem knowledgable. I trust they know what they are talking about. Anyway, my lawn looks great. Thank you.
