Your services have been good with the exception of my lawn service. The yard is spotty and many weeds especially in the back yard. I have overseeded two times this spring but continue to be discouraged with the grass. Please help.

Today I received two services from TruGreen; Shrubs&Trees and Lawn.
This submission is in regards to the LAWN SERVICE:
I watched as your specialist RAHEEN HUGGINS applied todays application.
He was very diligent in assuring every square inch of the lawn received the
coverage. I've seen others in the past take "short cuts" doing similar treatments.
Raheen should be recognized for doing such a commendable job.
Very professional and knowledgeable work completed by the technicians.

After only one visit (this year), there's not a weed in sight, although I'm surrounded by lawns that are blanketed with dandelions.
Last year I had weeds, even after 3 treatments. It took some time, but I was able to request a free redo, after the third treatment. Nathaniel LaTray (a different specialist) completed both the redo and the fourth treatment. The result was incredible and I'm giving him full credit!
I was so impressed that I requested that Mr. LaTray continue to be my lawn specialist. I was told promises couldn't be made, but they would do their best to honor my request. I was really happy that he was able to complete this year's first treatment and am ever so hopeful that he will be able to continue.
I'm assuming that Nathaniel's supervisor will receive a copy of my feedback.

I was at home when my specialist performed the service. I went outside and asked what was going to be put down today and had a few questions. James Shamiek took extra time to listen to me and genuinely cared about what I was saying. I am a long time customer (30 years) and this guy was the best tech yet. I hope I'm home when he comes next time!
We thought the service was excellent from the girl that did our last treatment.

THE STAFF IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL
The service is great, however, I don't think they treated the back section of my lot. I went out and looked for tracks out there, because I thought they finished awfully quick.... and there weren't any. Hopefully, you'll go after the weeds next time. I have a lot of dandelions.
The technician was friendly and informative. He completed his work in a quick fashion and placed the warning placards around the property.
