The service specialist, Tereia Duff, was very thorough about doing our final application. She took the time to speak with me before and after the application. She even went as far as to notify the neighbor whose dog was free about the application of pesticide. She is a very strong asset to your operation, and if every specialist was as meticulous and diligent as she, your company should be proud. A special "heads up" to her. It's service like that that keeps me loyal to your company.

Our lawn has been transformed in the two years using your service. We used to have crab grass, dandelions, and all kinds of weeds but have one or two left. We get compliments all the time and our neighbor says it looks like a carpet! Lol

The young man who serviced my property was very nice and thrall with his work. I did not like him starting the job at 7 am in the morning and was never told ahead of time by phone call, which I always was before!
The service is fine but seems to be only partially affective on my shrubs and small trees.
I am beginning to see the grass grow nice and green. i have noticed though their are patches of long grass through out the front and back lawn. I don't know if it can be controled or not. After it is mowed you don't see it, only when it grows again.
Great communication when tech is coming. Mosquito control is good (might just be the dry year). Lawn is doing ok - just missed a lot of crab grass with the preemergence application.
But I know you'll do better in the Spring of 2023 to get it.
On time and our lawn looks much better. Technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. COVID shut down our local office but anytime we needed to speak with someone we could call the 800 number. Very satisfied.
