I overall are satisfied with your services, the technicians are nice, etc. but one compliant that I do have is every year I received a renewal notice and the pricing is so much higher than I paid the prior year and I have to call to get my pricing back down to where is was the prior year. Why do I have to do that every year? It's kinda annoying! Thank you

You give me advanced notice of when you're coming for a Service Visit. Upon arrival the Technician rings the doorbell so you know he's there and you can come out and ask questions if you have any. After the Technician is completed, he leaves Notes and there's also a follow-up e-mail.
