The last three technicians were very good and thorough. I had issues with some where they didn't do the entire yard but the company is good about coming back to complete the service for free and they reschedule quickly. They try to speed through the service and one technician in his haste destroyed my yard. Trugreen manager to their credit came out and saw the damage. He couldn't fix or repair all the damaged but offered to throw some spare seeds on all the patches and destroyed ground. They've a good amount of people working customer service so you don't have to worry about contacting people like some of their competitors
My senior lawn care specialist, Jahvion J, is terrific. He communicates before, during and after each service visit. He is efficient and pays close attention to what's happening on my property.

Lawn looks great. My only complaint is to not spray my lawn with chemicals if my dog's play toys are on the lawn. The guy just sprayed everything. Would have taken 5 seconds to pick up 4 toys.
I am retired, and so I am always home to watch the application of the product. Jacques Fuentes was extremely friendly and applied the product as good as anyone I have seen. If possible, I would love to have him dedicated to my house.
