I like the weed service. Company very responsive.

Repeatedly, TruGreen just visting home without confirming scheduled service. Many-a-time, given window time is not stict to.
I am loyal customer with TrueGreen for over three years. After renewing contract this year. THERE IS NO CONTROL OVER WEED even after three services so far. Weed has grown to over 50% of my lawn area.

Last service done was one of the services scheduled without intimation. Lawn was not mowed. I had a talk to TruGreen C/S (it was upstate NY office of TruGreen) and I was told to call back after 8-10 days and if no satisfactory result, TruGreen Tech person will come again to provide one special (extra, not to charge my account) service. Pl. let me in advance so as to mow lawn before TruGreen Techie comes for service

The specialist, Gary Taylor, at branch #5910, treated my lawn on 8/17. He is knowledgable and did an excellent job.

Well although the first 3 applications were a bit nervewracking; we are seeing an improvement on
ROUND NUMBER 4 APPLICATION!!
Gary Richardson is the most conciencious, polite, and personable technician we have dealt with!! He did not just "dig in" and rush haphazardly to finish in 15 minutes or less!! He asked questions at first because this was his first experience with our property which was always lovingly cared for by my husband for almost 40 years since the house was built. He then proceeded to apply the fertilizer and then the weed killer and even pointed out a rather dangerous weed which if not cared for could spread quite rapidly and applied something to it.
We were impressed and our faith in TRU GREEN THAT MIKE GAMBIELLI GAVE US WHEN WE SIGNED THE 7 APPLICATION CONTRACT SEEMS TO HAVE COME BACK. AT THIS POINT; WE SEEM TO LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT TRU GREEN!!!

Today I had Gary Richardson come and service my lawn, he showed true professionalism. He really treated the lawn well and described each and every service that he was providing.

You're service personnel are prompt and thorough. The results seem excellent. We really don't have a noticeable mosquito population even through a wet summer. I never have mosquitos landing on me when walking my dog in our yard early in the morning or later in the afternoon.

Custom service needs inprovement

The services are done on time, care is taken to select the right chemicals / fertilizers required for the season as well as specific weed control.
The service professional that takes care of my lawn is excellent, takes time to understand the needs, provides great recommendations and is happy to spot treat difficult to treat weeds (nutsedge) I have this year.
Overall my grass is happy (green) and I am too..I have alreday recommended him to 2 of my neighbors and soon maybe the whole development will follow.

I like the fact that I do not have to worry about keeping up with treating my lawn I am very satisfied with my servicing agent David. He seems very knowledgeable and understands the frustrations I have that certain weeds are very hard to control. I like the way that there is a very quick response to any problem that appears between my regularly scheduled appointments. Although some of the weeds have been very hard to control and are still causing a problem, I think that Dave is doing the best he can to work with this situation. Your prices seem to be fair and although I probably could find a service that charges less, the fact that TruGreen is a large corporation that seems to be very concerned with customer satisfaction is more important to me than saving a few dollars. On my last evaluation I expressed my concern about the weeds that are not being controlled like I hoped and I did not give a high rating to the service. In no way is this to be taken as a dissatisfaction with my agent, Dave. The low rating was not directed toward him, but my frustration over the weed problem. If he was questioned about my last rating score, please let him know it was not against him.
