Service is good

Always get a call prior to next service, reminding to allow access & that I don't have to be home. The detailed receipt from the technician explaining when he arrived, what he did, and what I need to do between visits. Receiving the email that service was completed and email receipt when the bill is paid on line. The customer service has always been polite and professional when I've had questions. That same professionalism is reflected n the service technicians who have visited my home.

You do everything I need for law care ........

I like the customer service from the grunt/worker the one actually doing the work. Very knowledgeable, was able to address all my questions and concerns; genuinely felt that he had the customer's best interest at hand.

My lawn is greener

I love the service technician, Robert Wallace (Truck ID 7S059, specialist 55695 from branch 5258). I prefer to deal with the branch directly and not customer service agents scattered throughout the USA. They have all been very nice, however, I find that (except in the case of technical online customer service) they are disconnected with my real needs....the care of my lawn. Do people in Virginia understand the same issues in lawn care as people in Florida? It does not give me great comfort (especially for the cost) to always have my questions or concerns relayed from 3 or 5 states away to my actual service technicians.
While they are very kind...I believe the customer service is too broadly scattered. I do, however, appreciate the fact that they are gainfully employed to reach out and help.

Your company has consistently provided very good service and promptly responded to any issues that I have contacted you for follow up. Specialist John Deluca arrived this morning around 8:20 AM and immediately greeted me as I was in the front yard picking up small limbs from a weekend storm. He promptly delivered the scheduled services for this visit and then provided me with the summary report outlining his findings and details of the products delivered. As usual, your company called me in advance leaving a voice mail informing me of the upcoming scheduled service. Tru Green continues to meet my expectations in keeping my lawn in a high level of health.
