We love our specialist, Tamarius. He provides excellent customer service during EVERY visit and we trust only him to service our lawn. We had a few other specialist servicing our lawn but we were not happy with the results so we escalated our concerns with a manager by the last name of Sullivan. We are so committed to only Tamarius handling our lawn so we call just before each service to ensure he is assigned to our ticket. We can definitely say if it was not for the all around exceptional service and assurance of a great lawn that we receive from Tamarius, we would have cancelled our service quite a while ago. Technician knows his job very well....

Before we got TruGreen, our lawn had a fungus that came back every year and killed a lot of our sod. Since we have had TruGreen, you have been able to get the fungus away and our lawn looks better than it every has.

Eddie Bray was courteous, professional and provided excellent customized service.

I like John Deluca of branch #5258 as my representative and treatment man. He goes to the effort of reviewing my last treatment and is open to any feedback that I want to give to him. My yard this summer looks the best it has in years and the weather lately has been cooperating with him to keep my lawn in super shape. I have the largest front yard of anyone in my housing area and everybody notices it since it's in a cul-d-sac and they can view it twice as they go 'round and back out my street. John has kept the weeds down to a minimum in my yard and it's a showcase for Trugreen, thanks to John.

Changing my services to TruGreen has helped my yard grow healthier. The staff that come out to the house as well as the customer service staff on the phone are always very friendly and helpful.
