I was not given an option to provide feedback for our lawn care technician. For some reason when logging into my account I could not access feedback under lawn care. I did not give a 10 to Trugreen overall as I'm a bit frustrated that I have setup my yard 3 times for aeration service and have had no shows. The first time I only had a 1 day advance warning they would come (I had been told I would get a 5 day warning). When setting up the sprinkler system flags I noticed one zone was not functioning so I had to cancel the aeration. I immediately had the sprinkler repair completed and contacted TruGreen and was told I would be contacted. I did not hear back so I called and was then told that the service would occur 9/9. I also received a phone call (1 day in advance - not 5) that they would perform the service 9/9. No one showed up and I have not heard back. Today is 9/23.
The cost is somewhat lower that others but I think TruGreen can add a bit stronger fertilizerr to make the lawn look healthier. Eric is very diligent and professional and he manages to listen to any comments and offer pertinent suggestions.
Aside from above mentioned, I'm contented with the service presently.
