My new service tech Justin M from Branch 5065 is by far the best service tech you have had in all my years. He is just more caring and makes me feel that I am more than just money for your company. He always rings my door bell incase I am home and lets me know he is here and ask if I have any concerns. Seems to really care, I love feeling like employees care about the customer and what they do. He does an awesome job at this. Definitely someone you should never over look for a promotion.

Our Specialist, Eric Mendoza, is professional but friendly, very knowledgeable and informative regarding our lawn. He takes the time to explain what is happening to the grass and how and why he is treating it today, and advises what we can do to take care of it between his visits. As we are 'snowbirds' we are confident that Eric will take good care of our lawns whilst we are not here in Florida. He is a great advertisement for Trugreen and is worthy of a rating of 10.

It has come a long way and each time he has been out he has taken time to explain to me what he is doing. He has explained to me his plan of attack both prior to the service and after.. After he completes service he follows up with his observations, what he intends to do on the next service, and his recommendations. You have a true professional in this technician!
At this point in time we would recommend them, We will see how the service goes over the next 6 months and hope we get good results.

Fast & on time
Grass wasn't looking good beforehand. Was having a hard time trying to take care of it and keep it healthy from all of the weeds. Afterwards, looks great with almost no weeds.
I have to say that I'm satisfied with the service. The specialist Fabio Sepulveda informs me well about the best way to keep my lawn looking great. He has the knowledge and is very courteous.
Aleksandr Rosado gave me excellent customer service yesterday. He was very courteous and polite. He explained he was there to do the work, what he was going to do, and when he was leaving he did check out with me and let me know what to do for my pet and children to be safe. It's too bad my home is not in his route but I did want to say he did an excellent job.
when I call for an appointment they go according what is good for me .They work with you. I had problems with my lawn lately and they made arrangements so the problem can be taken care of.
