normally I am not around when my service is provided but today i was able to speak with my tech, Leon Hopkins, he knows that we have dogs that have free access to the backyard and will make sure they are in before servicing and if not he makes contact with me to schedule another day.

today I was able to tell him some of my concerns and he was very receptive, I look forward to the next time he comes by.
