I like certain specialists, like Brianna White and Moises who are very friendly, answered my questions and addressed my concerns. They are both very professional and thorough and seem to care about the services they both respectively are responsible for. I appreciate them both so much. When they are not available to come to my home, it seems the service is at a whole different (lower) standard. TruGreen almost lost my business because of the first 2 “specialists “ that came out. They were not thorough, missed half of my property and not at all customer oriented. Breaunna and Moises could teach them a very valuable lesson in Customer Service!

The service provides a needed help with lawns specially for older folks like me, however somtimes the arrival time window should be more precise. I like following the app and it indicates when tech will be at the place, however if you are watching, they might arrive and not knowing it delay the job.

My lawn has looked much better using TruGreen services. The summary report of my lawn treatments are very detailed and useful for the proper maintenance of the lawn. For instance, by reading one of the service reports and reviewing the maintenance guidelines I realized some of the don’t’s to avoid for proper lawn care.
In my opinion, the service was well worth the cost overall.
Professional and always polite. Ave question about inviting grass and weeds from neighbors lawn. Spray outer edges of grass well to prevent encroaching non wanted plants. Thanks. M Brown
