Receiving notifications the day before that TruGreen will be there and the service being performed. This gives me the opportunity to get the yard prepared for arrival. If it needs to be cut, etc.

The Tecchnicians are very knowledgeable.Have had some problems to emerge pointed them out.They seem to reconize the problem.So far my lawn for the most part is responding.I live inbetween to homeowners who don't stay on top of their lawn problems even though they have services.One has tru Green.I noticed my problem last winter.Called tru green.They came out and jumped on it.I later saw where my neighbor had it all over his back yard.I called him and pointed it out to him.In the meantime it jumped to my back yard.He finnally called tru green they came and treated it and stopped it.The neighbor on the other side got his taken care of.He is with someone else.Most of my problem in the front came from him.Tru green took care of mine and stopped the deteriation.I feel very secure in my lawn situation with tTru Green.They are really good listeners.

What I like is they arrive when they say they will arrive, and after 10 days if you still see weeds, just call and they will return and spray for weeds again at no charge. I have been using this company for a number of years and recommend them to my friends.

The lawn services are working! That’s what I like about them. The weeds have gone bye-bye and the lawn is looking better than it has in years. We may need additional attention to bring the lawn back to tip-top shape; we’re looking into additional services. So far, so good. We’re pleased.
