This was my first service call and l was happy with the service provided. Your tech Rasheed Woodard was a pleasure to deal with and addressed all my concerns. He even went back to the shop to get the spray to deal with my fungus problem that he didn't have with him. That really impressed me as he could have put it off till another time. lt would be nice if his supervisor Mr Von Diezelski could stop by and introduce himself at some point. Thank you, Phil Brennan.
Jose Nazario does an excellent job every time very nice guy very professional, very helpful and knows what he's talking about. If I ever have any problems I call for retreat at no charge.
