The only thing wrong is trying to contact your company for a service question. Your Virtual service doesn't work at all... Try it sometime. I need to speak to my local store but it is impossible. If I find the answer with another company, I might be canceling your service.
The gentlemen that provide the service calls are polite, attentive and do a great job.
This takes one more thing off my plate and having one of the best lawns in the neighborhood is pretty cool ...

Mike Carter does a great job
The technicians are always here on the day service is scheduled. They are very professional doing our lawn and conscientious about locking our gate when they leave so our dog is secure when she is outside. They answer all question that I may have. Thank you

On Monday 11-14-22 I received service by technician Michael Gibbs. Michael took his time and provided complete coverage of my lawn. I am satisfied by the service he provided.

I like the care that the technician provides when he arrives. He always asks me if I have any questions or any concerns he needs to attend to. He is very pleasant to talk to and responds professionally when I do asks him a question.
We have really liked working with Mike Carter regarding our lawn and trying to improve it, but the last two visits have been someone else. Not that they aren't good at their job, but we have liked the info and suggestions from Mike and we prefer him as our permanent person. If that isn't possible we may not renew.

I received lawn service on 1/9/23. Michael Gibbs was very attentive to make sure I received complete coverage of my lawn. Upon completion of servicing my lawn and bringing my service summery to my door, Michael Gibbs picked up my newspaper at the end of the driveway and placed it at my front door. That was an additional good gesture by Michael that was appreciated. Michael Gibbs went above and beyond just providing service he is required to do. Michael deserves an "at a boy". Thank you Michael.
