We are very satisfied with Trugreen and would speak highly of them. On the other hand, we are elderly and have hearing issues and are not interested in repeated requests for filling out protocols and the like. However, Iwe have the highest praise and satisfaction with the usual Trugreen service person, Mike Carter. He is thorough, courteous and very knowledgable. and an excellent provider of service.

I’ve been very pleased with the TruGreen service. The only thing I have a problem with is when you raise the prices do you have to notify people that you were going to raise the prices would prefer to be notified in an email or paper snail mail.
You do the job in a timely manner and call ahead too.
