Today is the FIRST time that I have had a good interaction with a Technician.
Robert N, the Tech who treated my Lawn today ( 10/13/2022), was pleasant, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He answered my questions satisfactorily and treated me like I am a valued customer. He gave me tips on watering that could be beneficial to the growth process. My husband and I were really impressed with Robert N and would appreciate if TRU-GREEN would ensure that for future treatments ROBERT N is assigned to treat our yard.
