While many of the TruGreen associates who service my yard are good at their work, the most recent visit by Melvin H (Branch #5900) was exceptional. He was tasked with providing disease control to my shrubs and trees. He took the time to walk the property with me and pointing out various areas for the future health and well-being of my shrubs and trees. He was extremely careful in dragging the hose so as not to harm my flowers. Most importantly, he was very pleasant and easy to speak with.

The driver was very polite and he took his time and didn't miss anything.
My one problem is that you spray when its raining? I know some of the chemical's dose get in the ground but the driver left and it down pored and the water was making small rivers in the driveway. It had to have washed it away.
Over all things are looking good, My lawn looks awesome!

Corad has been servicing our yard and it has been a pleasure to work with him. He was meticulous in covering all parts of the yard while avoiding impact on sensitive flowering beds. We brought attention to a strip of grass that was easy to overlook during the last service, and he took care of it without reminding this time around. Corad also did a good job clearing up the granulars from the driveway after service.

Our lawn specialist Dylan does a great job! He makes sure to leave detailed notes and makes suggestions based on things he notices as he is treating our yard. Dylan also always makes sure to close the gate so that our dog doesn't get out. Thanks!

Grass looks good. Weeds are minimal, if any. TruGreen will come back out between services at no cost if needed based on weeds.

I love the customer service aspect! Just one issue with my Perimeter Pest Control (first application) done on 4/25 - a worm crawled from my porch cage into my home, and there are still mosquitos all over the outside perimeter. I noticed improvement but think I really need another spraying done this week if possible, since it was really bad before they sprayed. Please let me know if they can do this, thanks. Name removed
