We had the shrubs and trees serviced yesterday. Robert Blake was our specialist. He was very polite and thorough explaining the problems we have with our ficus trees and some shrubs. He was very helpful explaining how we can work together to get everything in top shape. I hope we can continue with him as or specialist in the next visits. Quartel Miller sprayed for mosquitos today. He was nice and professional. He is a 10. He said he would report my ant issue even though this is not his area. He has great customer service. He was nice and professional with my elderly mother.
I am not happy with pest control. I have more ants than i started out with before starting the service. I have seen two roaches in my home and a few beetles since application. It's clear the application is not lasting a month. I tried to reach out through the email system as TruGreen says they will respray. The email would not go through. To be fair, TrueGreen was not notified of the ongoing issue; so, i can't say if they would or would not respray. However, I am not impressed with this service so far. I'll give it a few more tries before canceling.
Finally, make it easy for customers to voice issues, complaints, and compliments. In todays world, this should be quite easy to do.

Titus came today while I was away, so I didn't get to talk with him. But he seems to have done a good job as usual.

In the past, I have had experiences where the technician rushed through the treatment processes and did not cover all of the areas. I have also experienced occasions where the Trugreen tech did not show up when scheduled and/or I was not informed of rescheduled treatments. I did contact Trugreen about these problems.
I am giving a "10" as a compliment to Trevion Truesdale, the tech who performed my last service. He was very professional and courteous, and he did a very thorough treatment of my lawn. It was the type of lawn treatment I have expected as a long-time Truegreen client, but have not had done for my property in quite some time.
