We had lawn service on Thursday April 18, by Guy Barrington which was excellent.
Also I called to inquire about fertilization being scheduled too early according to articles I had read in the Peninsula Pulse and the Green Bay Gazette, but when I continued to search this issue, all searches agreed with Spring fertilization, so what I had read was evidently incorrect, so I should have given the person I talked to on the phone a perfect score.

I've been very pleased by the improvement in the condition of my lawn over the years. It seemed that improvement accelerated after Ms. Takeisha Powell became the regular technician here. I'm actually kind of a slacker when it comes to yard maintenance in my neighborhood but Ms. Powell's thorough work has kept me from being embarrassed. Neighbors have even complimented the healthy appearance of the lawn which embarrasses me in a different way; because it's not my handiwork. I appreciate Ms. Powell and your company and I did let them know that it's TruGreen that is largely responsible for the uniformly weed free, lush, healthy appearance of the lawn. I'm glad you've been able to retain such a hard-working, skilled and thorough lawn technician in Ms. Powell. Thank you, and please continue the good work!
Timely, efficient and friendly. Our technician Titus Myers always checks in with us when he arrives to service our lawn. He asked if we have any questions, explains to me what treatment he is applying and gives me instructions if needed, to keep our lawn looking it's best.

I don’t do this often enough, but I want to comment on my TRUGREEN service, and particularly Gregory Beets who has been servicing my lawn for the last few years.
I couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with. Gregory is very knowledgeable, and is willing to spend the time to answer my questions. He does a great job, and is very articulate in explaining what is required to keep the lawn healthy and looking good.

Mardarius did talk to my wife and did complete the job as required. It was my fault for not communicating with my wife or Mardarius. I sincerely hope that his employment status was not affected or if it was, I am in hopes you can reinstate his employment. None of this was his fault. I am truly sorry. Please pass on my apology and let me know if there is anything I can do to correct my review and its consequences.

In the past, I have had experiences where the technician rushed through the treatment processes and did not cover all of the areas. I have also experienced occasions where the Trugreen tech did not show up when scheduled and/or I was not informed of rescheduled treatments. I did contact Trugreen about these problems.
I am giving a "10" as a compliment to Trevion Truesdale, the tech who performed my last service. He was very professional and courteous, and he did a very thorough treatment of my lawn. It was the type of lawn treatment I have expected as a long-time Truegreen client, but have not had done for my property in quite some time.
