Very friendly technician, and work was done fast and well!

I can't say enough about Kevin, he was very knowledgeable friendly and professional and explained every step to be cleaned to me. I thought he would never get all the spots that i had on my stairs, hallway, office and master bedroom, he said no problem i said okay with some hesitation, well when all was said and done there was not one spot on white carpet it look absoulutly refreshed and new. Zerorez has some great products and 100% I will be using both Kevin and Zerorez again and recommending Zerorez to any one that needs to have there carpet, tile and grout, upholstery and hardwood cleaned.

This is my third time using Zerorez. Kevin H my Zerorez technician called before driving to my house and arrived as scheduled. He asked me questions about the work and areas I wanted cleaned and explained thoroughly the process and what he recommended I inquired about the tile & grout cleaning and I asked him to do my laundry room tile so I could see how it looked...it looked fantastic and I will probably have the rest of the tile in the house cleaned next time. The rooms smelled fantastic and looked amazing considering the condition they were when Kevin arrived. I will definitely call Zerorez for my next service and request Kevin!

Nice carpet cleaner came to my home. We weren’t sure our carpet could be cleaned. It hasn’t been cleaned in 17 years!

Technician Anthony was very clear in his explanations and expert in completing extensive cleaning of our carpets. He was very polite and personable. Due to circumstances beyond his control, he was late in arriving for our appointment, but your company kept me notified. Anthony stayed late on a Friday evening to complete the job. We are pleased with the result.

The first time my carpet was cleaned a couple years ago, it looked great and the gentleman was very professional and good. Not so happy with the work done this year. The carpet, I think, had too much water or moisture left in the carpet. The carpet doesn't look as good as it did 2 yrs. ago. I had asked for a certain person, the same as did it 2 yrs. ago, and a different person showed up. I was not as happy with the whole procedure from the opening of the door to the closing of the door.
