The first time my carpet was cleaned a couple years ago, it looked great and the gentleman was very professional and good. Not so happy with the work done this year. The carpet, I think, had too much water or moisture left in the carpet. The carpet doesn't look as good as it did 2 yrs. ago. I had asked for a certain person, the same as did it 2 yrs. ago, and a different person showed up. I was not as happy with the whole procedure from the opening of the door to the closing of the door. Excellent communication. Tech overall did a very good job and was sanitary and had minimal disturnance. Overall I was very happy with the office and tech work. Only problem is that a stain did not come out despite a return visit and a second small spot occurred where he treated.

Very happy that you folks could bale us out. Our original “carpet guy” failed to show up for his appointment. We had the furniture out and ready and he couldn’t be out for a week! Zerorez was out later that day. We will be forever grateful.
I was pretty sure Zerorez used a similar process to our “carpet guy”, his “magic water” process did a great job and dried quickly. I have heard your radio ads and it sounded like you got your hands on some of that “magic water” yourself! When the job was done, I was sure you had.

The tech always calls when he is on his way. He is very knowledgable about their products, goes over options for what we may need on our carpet but does not do a hard sell. He is efficient, careful and cleans everything up. We have been using them for quite some time and have never had an issue or complaint.

The products are everything the commercials say they are! The proof is in the end results!! My carpets are old, and I have used other cleaning services for years only to be AGAIN disappointed in the results. But Zerorez is so thorough and clean it broke down all that old old residue, and brought these old carpets to LIFE!! Zerorez is AMAZING!!
