In all my years of having my carpets professionally cleaned - they've been this clean. I am so happy and pleased with the results. Not only that but Zachary was right when he assured me that the carpets would be dry in an hour or so. Good thing, too because I chose a late afternoon appointment; no problem, I was able to get all the furniture moved back into place and get to bed on time.

Technician was careful and thorough. Carpets looked great and dried quickly. As a friendly suggestion, technicians should be careful to not have body odor when providing a freshen up service.
Raphael was prompt, keeping me informed when he would arrive. He explained what he thought would work best for my carpets, including the treatments for pet stains and heavy traffic areas. The work was done to my complete satisfaction, the price was reasonable, and Raphael was courteous, efficient and had the expertise to complete the job in top notch fashion. I will certainly recommend him to anyone needing carpet cleaning service.

Having Zerorez Portland clean our carpets was a perfect choice for me. The man was so thorough and explained alot about what he was doing. The carpet is 5 yrs old and 1st time cleaning. We had some serious stains that I worried would come out, and they did. Plus it smells like citrus orange still, the next day, after it dried. Such a welcome smell too.
The service man was Chris Spencer. I would recommend him to anyone else. I will call this company again next time.

He was detail oriented paying attention to all the difficult areas and making them look wonderful. We have used Zerorez before and thought it was well worth it, but Joel's work was superior. He has spoiled us! Can't say enough good things about his work.
