Carpet was very nice and soft when dry, just like they advertise! Technician was prompt - came early due to a cancellation but that was good for us. He did a good job minimizing impacts to us with corner protectors, booties on his shoes, etc.

I like the fact that you confirm your appointments and call to let us know you are in route. You do a thorough job cleaning, and do it quickly.

Carpets stay cleaner longer because of no soap in your cleaning. I love the oh altered water technique.

I like that my carpets don't have the chemical smell that I had when I used other companies. I like the gentlemen who come to do the cleaning and that they always work with me financially so I get the most out of the experience. My carpets always seem to stay cleaner longer and the stains never come back.

The carpets looked wonderful and smelled very fresh after having been cleaned. The brushes they use to pull up the carpet fibers for cleaning really help extract the dirt and make the carpet under your feet feel very soft and clean.
